Safety is our Goal
The health and safety of campers is the number one priority of Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council. All three resident camps are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). ACA guidelines and standards cover every aspect of camp, including health, safety, sanitation, food preparation, staffing, and program. Learn more about ACA at www.acacamps.org.
Our camp counselors are interviewed and have their references and backgrounds checked. In addition, a nurse or qualified Red Cross First Aider is on duty during camp sessions to supervise the health and safety of all campers and dispense all prescribed medications.
