I have been searching local used book stores for this item, to no avail.
A friend suggested that I try Amazon. I logged onto Amazon and quickly found this Girlscout Handbook.
The Handbook is just what I was searching for. The condition, upon receipt, was excellent and the delivery time was also excellent.
The next time I am SEARCHING for an old book I will look to Amazon first.
