Customer Reviews: 'Smores, campfires and songs April 13, 2001 Carla P. Hufstedler (VA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Even though I'm 29 now, these songs still resonate with me. This book is recommended not only for Brownies, their parents, and their leaders, but also for anyone who works with children, and is tired of singing "Itsy Bitsy Spider".
Not what I was looking for October 5, 2008 Stephanie Lynch 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
It was not really what I was looking for. I was a girlscout in the late 80s early 90s and I remember parts of songs we used to sing at camp. The songs were fun and I wanted some silly songs to sing to my infant twins. The problem is I only remember a line or two and not the rest of the songs....like "the green grass grew all around" or "sippin' cider" or "an Austrian went yodeling on a mountain", but alas the fun songs I wanted are not in this book. I will tell you what is included so you know before ordering.
